Basically, we will keep the same policy as before GDPR.
Provision of personal data is voluntary, the customer of the e-shop Dokredence.cz (purchaser) has right to access it as well as correct it, including all other legal rights to this data. The seller, company J.Porkert export-import, s.r.o. , as an administrator of the personal data provided by the purchaser undertakes to protect your privacy and your personal data provided. This data will only serve for meeting our commitment to process your order. Your personal data will be dealt in compliance with the Provision of European Parliament and Council 2016/679 on General Data Protection Regulation.
What information we ask for and why
We do not collect more information than we need to meet our commitment coming from your order. Your data will not be kept longer than necessary for processing your order or for legal obligation.
When creating an account at our e-shop www.dokredence.cz, you provide us with the data necessary for our processing your order, namely your name, address, or delivery address, phone number and e-mail address. This data is only used by company J.PORKERT export-import, s.r.o., operator of the e-shop Dokredence.cz, for communication with you during processing your order. Your data is only passed over to the mail service chosen in your order.
Names and addresses also appear in the invoices that are kept for the needs of financial authorities for 10 years.
So the purpose of your data processing is meeting the contract between the purchaser and seller, including the goods delivery and the rights on liability for faults as well as meeting all relating legal obligations imposed on the Seller by Laws of the Czech Republic (VAT, Accounting, etc.).
For sending marketing information, an independent agreement from the purchaser will be asked for. Its provision will be fully in the purchaser´s hands.
We will not share any of the information you provide during the ordering process with any third parties for marketing purposes or store any of your information outside of the European Economic Area. The information you provide will be held securely by us and/or our data processors whether the information is in electronic or physical format.
Use of data processors
Data processors are third parties who provide us with some services (software, accounting, etc.). We have contracts in place with our data processors. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.
Access to personal information
The customers (purchasers) have right to know what personal data of theirs we keep. Based on a written request addressed to: J.PORKERT export-import, s.r.o., Thámova 133/24, 186 00 Praha 8, the following information will be provided:
what personal data we keep;
why we are holding it;
who it may be disclosed to.
The sellers have also right to update, correct or complete the data.
Right for Personal Data Deletion
Subject to applicable law, the purchasers have right for deletion of the data once it is not necessary for the original purpose any further, or once the legal reasons for its retention has ceased.
Personal data will be also deleted or anonymised if the purchaser withdraws their agreement with its processing.
The subject of the data understands that the company J.PORKERT export-import, s.r.o. as a data administrator is entitled to charge a fee for the information provision, not exceeding the cost spent on the provision.
